Delete your account.

Deleting your Whatlater account permanently erases everything tied to it: your saved items, uploaded files and captured article copies, notes, tags, reminders, and any active subscription. This cannot be undone.

Delete from the app or the web

1. Sign in at app.whatlater.com (or open the Whatlater app).
2. Go to Settings → Danger Zone.
3. Choose Delete account and confirm. Deletion takes effect immediately.

Or request deletion by email

Email support@whatlater.com from any address, including the details needed to identify your account (the phone number you sign in with). We process deletion requests within 30 days.

Delete some of your data without deleting your account

You can erase individual items at any time, keeping the rest of your library: delete an item (then Trash → Delete forever to remove it permanently, including its files and captured copies), or delete individual notes from an item's page. You can also email support@whatlater.com to request deletion of specific data without closing your account — we process such requests within 30 days.

What is deleted

All account data is removed: your profile and sign-in identity, saved items and their permanent copies, media files, notes, tags, reminders, and referral data. Subscriptions are cancelled. Routine encrypted backups that may contain your data expire automatically within 7 days of deletion.
